What I actually eat (can come up with a large number of combinations!) :::
- Organic or low-sodium proteins (veggie and meat loaded omelettes, grilled chicken, some Boars Head lunch meats, prime rib, pork chops, broiled talapia )
- Cheese/ cheese sticks snack (Havarti, Cheddar, Swiss, Mozarella), Alfredo sauce, butter, sour cream, butter, and real cream
- Beef Broth (instead of canned soup)
- Water, Coffee with Sugar-free Coffee-Mate(tm) or real cream
- Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Onions, Asparagus
- CHEATS: McDonald’s : Filet of Fish w/ extra tartar sauce (OMG!), Whatburger: Whatacatch without the bun w/extra tartar sauce.
